2. Use of Google User Data

DIGI CONSULT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google Calendar: We access your calendar strictly to create, sync, and manage appointments booked by your customers via our automated chat interfaces.
• Limited Use: We do not use your Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not transfer this data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the service features.

3. Meta/WhatsApp Data

Our application uses Meta APIs to provide WhatsApp messaging services. We do not store your customers' personal message content except as necessary for the functioning of the AI chatbot services you have configured. We comply with Meta's developer policies.

4. Data Retention & Security

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
