- Google User Data: As part of our integration with Google services, we may request access to your Google Calendar and basic profile information (Email, Name).
2. Use of Google User Data
DIGI CONSULT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google Calendar: We access your calendar strictly to create, sync, and manage appointments booked by your customers via our automated chat interfaces.
- Limited Use: We do not use your Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not transfer this data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the service features.
3. Meta/WhatsApp Data
Our application uses Meta APIs to provide WhatsApp messaging services. We do not store your customers' personal message content except as necessary for the functioning of the AI chatbot services you have configured. We comply with Meta's developer policies.
4. Shopify App Data
When you install our Shopify application, we are automatically able to access certain information from your Shopify account:
- Store Information: We collect your store URL, name, and merchant email to manage your account and provide support.
- Customer Data: To provide AI chatbot services, we process customer names, email addresses, and phone numbers when they interact with your store's bot. This data is used strictly for the purpose of facilitating communication and order management as requested by the merchant.
- GDPR Compliance: We strictly adhere to Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (Customer Data Request, Customer Redact, and Shop Redact) to ensure all personal data is managed according to global privacy laws.
- Marketing Opt-Out: Customers can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by replying with keywords such as **"STOP"** or **"UNSUBSCRIBE"**. Upon receipt of such a request, we immediately update our database to prevent any future automated promotional messages.
5. Data Retention & Security
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
6. Security Incident Response
We maintain a strict Security Incident Response Policy to protect our users and their customers. In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access, we will:
- Immediately investigate and contain the incident to prevent further data loss.
- Identify the scope of the affected data and notify the relevant merchants and Shopify within 48 hours.
- Implement corrective measures and patches to prevent recurrence of the incident.
