At DiGi CONSULT, we strive to provide a world-class platform that delivers genuine value to your business. We stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process to request one.

All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required during the trial period.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans if you are not satisfied with the service. This means:

  • If you are dissatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of the billing date will not be honored, except in cases of demonstrable service failure.
  • Prorated refunds will not be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle when a plan is downgraded or cancelled.

What Is Not Refundable

The following are explicitly not eligible for refunds:

  • Charges incurred after the 7-day refund window has expired.
  • Usage-based add-ons that have already been consumed (e.g., extra AI reply top-ups).
  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or custom integration fees.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service and have been suspended or terminated.
  • Any charges related to third-party services (e.g., Meta API message charges billed by Meta).

Service Disruptions

If DiGi CONSULT experiences significant service downtime (greater than 24 consecutive hours) due to a failure on our part, affected customers may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit applied to their next billing cycle. Credits are not provided as cash refunds.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Email: billing@digiconsult.in
  • Subject: "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]"
  • Include your account email, the reason for the refund request, and your order/transaction ID.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
