You may cancel your OmniX subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will not be billed again.
If you experience a severe technical disruption or billing error, you can submit a refund request to info@digiconsult.in within 7 days of the charge. We review all requests promptly and issue refunds for verifiable platform outages or accidental double charges.
Meta WhatsApp Business API conversation fees and telecommunication carrier charges are paid directly to underlying service providers and are strictly non-refundable.
